Our client, a 40-year-old roofer was injured on a jobsite at a residence in Union County, New Jersey. While working on the roof of the house, our client fell off the roof to the ground. The allegations against the General Contractor were, amongst others, that they failed to supervise, train, and provide appropriate safety equipment such as safety harnesses and fall protection.
