Bryan earned his B.A. from Rutgers College, and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where he was a research assistant; a member of Hunter Advanced Moot Court; and served as research and writing and moot court teaching assistant. After law school, he worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert Muir, Jr., Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Appellate Division.

Bryan is currently licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey and admitted to practice before the courts of the District of New Jersey, The Eastern District of New York, and the Southern District of New York.
