Seymour I. Tuchband, Of Counsel
Seymour I. Tuchband, Esq., admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars, has been practicing law since 1981. Mr. Tuchband, a graduate of Seton Hall Law School also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master of Arts degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Michigan State University.
During the last 34 years, Mr. Tuchband has focused his practice in the area of New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Law and Federal Social Security Law, and has handled thousands of traumatic accident and occupational disease claims in the Workers’ Compensation courts throughout the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Tuchband is also a former Consultant/Expert Vocational Witness for the Social Security Administration and regularly appears before Federal Administrative Law Judges of the Social Security Administration Office of Disability Adjudication and Review in his representation of claimants seeking Federal Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits.
With extensive experience in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability Law, Mr. Tuchband has established a proven track record of success in his aggressive client representation. He has earned the respect of his colleagues and the Judges before whom he appears and does not shy away from the problematic and difficult cases that are often rejected by other attorneys. He fights tirelessly for his clients in obtaining the best possible resolution of their cases.
Mr. Tuchband is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Workers’ Compensation Section as well as the Justice James Coleman, Jr. Inn of Court.
