Mintz and Geftic – The Truck Accident Law Firm

We are an experienced personal injury law firm in New Jersey representing the seriously injured victims of motor vehicle accidents. Our accident injury law firm is only a few miles from both Newark Airport and the Elizabeth seaport, so it is not a surprise that we have become the go-to attorneys for people injured in accidents involving trucks.

Our main office in Elizabeth is located minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 1, Route 9 and the Garden State Parkway. We are close to some of the most congested roadways anywhere, so unfortunately, serious crashes occur in our area often.

MIntz and Getic’s attorneys have been representing the injured victims of accidents for over 30 years. However, in recent years one thing that has seemed to be increasing each year is how many people coming to our law firm have been in an accident involving a truck. Whether it is the New Jersey trucker injured in a crash on the job or a driver or passenger of a car that was hit by a truck, these types of cases have been increasing in frequency.

We decided to some digging into the increase in serious injuries related to truck accidents. The data clearly backed up what we’ve seeing in our law firm. Recent reports released by agencies like the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) have shown this increase is real and the impact is being felt across the country.
