11 Nov: $125,000 for Serious Injuries from Multi-vehicle Accident Involving Truck

Mintz & Geftic’s client, a New Jersey worker,  was involved in a multi-vehicle accident.  While driving his truck for work, our client was struck by a car that was pushed forward after it was struck by a truck.
