Mintz & Geftic’s Bryan H. Mintz and Jeffrey E. Strauss recently settled a motor vehicle accident lawsuit at mediation for $1.9 million. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of a 37-year-old woman who endured serious injuries when her car was hit by a commercial van in a rear-end collision. Mintz & Geftic’s client initially suffered with extreme neck pain following the accident. Mintz & Geftic, LLC, along with co-counsel, Jonathan Meyers of Meyers Fried-Grodin, obtained final approval from the New Jersey Superior Court in Middlesex County approving a $2.25 Million settlement of a wage and hour class action. Bryan Mintz, of New Jersey’s Mintz & Geftic Law Firm, brought the case on behalf of current and former delivery drivers of a food distribution company.
