The Elizabeth, NJ law firm secured the settlement on behalf of their client, an elderly man who was involved in a tragic slip and fall accident in Union County. After four years of a hard fought legal battle involving complex medical issues, Bryan secured a $3.2 Million settlement in a medical malpractice case brought on behalf of our client, a 14-year-old girl from Hillside, New Jersey. Strauss, of counsel to Mintz & Geftic, LLC and Strauss Law Offices, LLC, who, through a relentless and lengthy hard fought legal battle, secured a $15 million settlement in a medical malpractice suit on behalf of an 11-year-old girl from Irvington, New Jersey.
